By creating an account or using ASTRONOMIND, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

ASTRONOMIND provides a free, browser-based platform for daily brain challenges focused on astronomy, physics and space science. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account rules

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — do not share accounts
• Your username must not impersonate another person or brand

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to cheat, exploit or manipulate the XP or streak system
• Use automated tools or bots to complete challenges
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the platform's operation in any way

5. Intellectual property

All challenge content, design, and code on ASTRONOMIND is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

6. XP and streaks

XP and streak data are for personal progress tracking only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to correct XP balances in cases of detected cheating. XP is not transferable and cannot be cashed out.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer

ASTRONOMIND is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that challenge content is always 100% accurate — though we work hard to ensure it is.
