ASTRONOMIND is a free, browser-based daily challenge platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about what data we collect and why.

2. What data we collect

We collect minimal data to provide our service:

• Username and email address (required to create an account)
• Challenge progress, XP totals, and daily streak data
• Favorite challenges you have saved
• Anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, challenge types played) via a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool

3. What we do not collect

• We do not collect payment information (the platform is free)
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not use your data to train AI models

4. How your data is stored

Your account data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This means your progress is tied to your device and browser. We do not currently sync data across devices, though this is on our roadmap.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies of any kind. ASTRONOMIND products are entirely ad-free.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. You can also contact us at privacy@astronomind.io to request data deletion or a copy of your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users of any material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
